We are developing a significant part of our backend infrastructure on Berachain. This integration allows us to leverage Berachain advanced capabilities to enhance our platform's performance, security, and scalability.
Key Factors Driving Our Decision to Build on Berachain
- Scalability: Berachain infrastructure supports high transaction throughput, essential for our growing user base and complex operations.
- Security: Berachain offers robust security features to ensure the safety and integrity of our data and transactions.
- Interoperability: Seamless integration with various decentralized applications (dApps) and services on Berachain enhances our platform's functionality and user experience.
- EVM Identicality: Berachain is identical to the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) runtime environment, allowing it to use existing unmodified execution clients like Geth, Reth, and Erigon. This ensures compatibility with all native EVM tooling and seamless adoption of updates.
- Proof-of-Liquidity (PoL): A novel consensus mechanism that rewards ecosystem liquidity, contributing to efficient trading, price stability, securing the chain, and increasing network/user growth. This aligns incentives for validators, protocols, and users, supporting the long-term health of the chain.
By developing on Berachain, we aim to provide our users with a more efficient, secure, and comprehensive platform for managing their finances, accounting, and HR needs.
Deployment of Smart Contracts
We utilize blockchain technology by deploying various smart contracts essential to our features:
- Smart contracts for premium subscriptions and NFT licenses
- Implementation of recurring payment smart contract features
- Salary savings account smart contract with vesting token features
- Liquidity mechanisms
We do this to ensure security, transparency, and decentralization in all our processes. Additionally, these smart contracts will be audited by at least two different providers, including Certik, to guarantee their robustness and reliability.
